I usually hop on the forum once or twice a day, and I pull up the list of new posts and see what is new. I generally clik on things like new games and any other topic that interests me. Now, when I see a topic about a new game, I get excited, but I have noticed recently, a few people have been posting prank game releases. I am posting this to ask those of you posting such topics to stop.
To start, it is only funny if you are in on the joke. Sometimes, a hand full of forum users have an inside joke, and they forget that some of us might not be aware of the joke, so we have no clue what is going on. I would also like to point out, if you are creating a fake program to play sounds or what have you, and you are passing it off as your game release, you are making malware, and you are no better than someone who creates a computer virus.
To wrap this up, you folks really need to stop. If it was April first, I would laugh right a long with you, but the last time I looked it was October.
